This was my first solo album so I was looking to do something completely different from the bands I had been in the years previous, I started playing with things in the studio more and getting weird behind the mixing desk. I was likely recording to a roland vs 1680 at the time....

always looking for an answer-put together what I see- memorize between the details- map the synchronicity- hear the voices ring together- those out of synch fall away- truth that shines out like sunlight- lightning up just one way- how many people live without it- how many places fall in line- fear will rule without love- we would change without time- how many people live without it- how many faces fall in line- fear will rule without love- we would change without time- all these visions of destruction- sound like fiction to me- when everything is again one- laugh at how easily we were decieved- feel your frequency pulsate- every color flavor or sound, a beat in the endless rhythm, a seed planted in the ground- how many people live without it- how many places fall in line- fear will rule without love- we could change without time

John Wash IV is a graduate of Cal Arts and is classically trained in Indian music and many other types of percussion. Shan Ahmadi is a Tanpura player and teacher from Tehran Iran.
